Jason Liebig created a fantasy cereal box for "Super Banana Crisp"
cereal featuring a Planet of the Apes mini-movie poster inside.
This was never a real product, simply a fantasy creation by an Apes fan.
You can view a larger version of the image here, or you can download a
huge (17 MB) 600-DPI image suitable
for printing.
Thanks, Jason!

For each of the five original POTA films, FOX produced and distributed
promotional "Heralds" (fictional newspapers) that local
theaters distributed to advertise the release of each new film.
However, no Herald was ever produced for to promote the TV series.
To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the series, Simian
Scrolls, Mark Rogers, Kassidy Rae, Glen Scheetz, and James Aquila
brought together their creative talents and produced a four page TV
version of Fox's "Heralds" as they imagine it would have
been back in the summer of 1974.
