The premiere screening of William Conlin's documentary Making Apes took place on Friday, February 8, 2019, at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in Santa Barbara, CA. Lori was able to attend the premiere and sent these photos.

Lori noted that she couldn't get good photos of the people up front, because it was too dim and they were too far away.

The Making Apes Q&A Video

This is video of the Making Apes Q&A session that Lori shot. The audience members had no microphones, so I've adjusted the audio the best I can. Lori notes that there are spoilers for the documentary in two places—5:05 to 6:30 and 16:40 to 17:21—should you wish to skip those.
