In the mid-1990s, the Backlot Tour at Disney/MGM Studios (now Disney's
Hollywood Studios) ended in a room containing props and displays from various
movies. This includes a display of a life-size General Ursus. I assume the
costume was just a reproduction.
In 2017, Planet Hollywood had the painting of Zira hanging on one of their
walls near the entrance.

Chris Hight sent in two more photos of the General Ursus figure from
the Backlot Tour at Disney/MGM Studios (now Disney's
Hollywood Studios). He also sent in photo of a model of the spaceship
from Planet of the Apes that hung from the ceiling of Planet Hollywood
Orlando in the '90s.
