As I'm sure most people are aware, the TV show The Simpsons paid loving
tribute to Planet of the Apes in the episode "A Fish Called
Selma." Featured in that episode was a musical version of Planet of the
Apes starring Troy McClure. The musical was called
"Stop
the Planet of the Apes, I Want to Get Off."
The musical featured two songs, "Dr. Zaius" and "Chimpan A To
Chimpan Z." In 1996, a collection of sheet music entitled The Simpsons
Songbook was published. It included the sheet music for these two songs,
and thanks to Lori, you can see the sheet music below.
