Wayne you could have avoided this by showing the group a screen capture
of the alleged footage but for some reason you wouldn't. There have been
plenty of claims in the past of unseen footage or bloopers existing but
whenever proof is asked for it never gets shown, I wonder why?
You have claimed on more than one occasion to have unseen bloopers etc.
but whenever queried on the subject you have chosen to go quiet and
ignore requests for proof, which seems to be the tried and tested method
for avoiding hard questions on this group these days.
Threatening legal action is way over the top and your claim that you
were just about to show proof of the footage but now won't because you
have been questioned about it (again) is just going to reinforce the
scepticism expressed on the group about the existence of the alleged
footage so far.
The easiest way to solve this would be for you to show us proof of the
footage if it really does exist otherwise no one is going to take you
seriously mate, sorry.

Wayne - have you ever met Mark Tablet Butthead? He came to the DG years ago, complaining about the way he was treated by a former owner of the DG. He said he had filmed and audio interviews with Kim and Roddy (still not verified) plus a whole barrage of other exciting things...and he promised every other day to share these. He never did. He still hasn't.

Yeah - I know - he's busy, and "real life" gets in the way...but to me he's a fellow ape fan who would just LOVE to prove and share his things so I tend to conclude he's a bullshitter. I hope I'm wrong. You might know him Wayne - he's on the crew for Top Gear.

Bottom line is if you keep saying you have things and you don't prove it, when it's REALLY EASY to prove it, then people may choose not to believe you. That's life mate.

I've always had a funny feeling about Wayne.
I once downloaded one of his pictures, then two seconds later my computer was running slow.
As in cookie/spyware (can't really say for sure).

But after scanning and cleaning out my computer of any spyware, I never trusted any of his pictures and simply deleated all his posts.

women I'd be heading out of the door now.

I really think he would have just driven away members which has

not like banning people, there is point at which a person does more
harm to the group than contributing to it, and in this case that line

Meanwhile, back on the Planet of the Apes....
This Blog is amazing! Not only lots of Apes comic downloads but the Return Cartoons too!! Don't get me wrong, I've bought both the "head" collection & the updated stand alone DVD with the Return cartoons. (not to mention the bootleg copies over the years before they were released). So why am I excited? Cause I finally got the cartoon to my ipod. Where they can live happily ever after.

The other Monster downloads look great too. Gonna keep me busy for quite a while. You've done it again Rich. Thanks!

generous with the exposure he gave Neil at the time.



I'm not actually too sure whether Dave Ballard wants BTB professionally
published or not. Also - how would we split the royalties? 3 ways? Or 3
ways as the credit always goes? :-)

I'd be happy to let Neil get all the money.actually I think that's how we
decided it, but it was a long time ago and so much has changed.



All that sort of stuff gets in the way of Neil doing the colouring then
getting it completed to look for a publisher.



This is kinda why Neil and I hesitated to go with Terry's comic..we would
sorta expect to find a photocopy of it for sale by Terry on eBay one day
after completion! :-) Sorry Terry you were wide open!



Anyway I'll see if I can dig out the emails between Dave, Neil and myself
and try to see if we ever did properly decide how to go forward if
punlished..

I have the blueprints for the ship they made for the movie, however there is
no way the interior of the ship matches to the exterior! The shape and
scale is all wrong.

It's a shame, but I'm not surprised. One of the reasons I asked was
because I could never make sense of the geometry myself just thinking
about it. I was hoping that the entire ship was all mapped out during
the movie pre-production stage before the cockpit set was made, and
therefore it would have all fit logically together for the entire ship
(interior and exterior views).

Oh well. Thats all part of 'movie magic'.

I really do want to colour it one day as well so it would be good if
there was a reason for me to do that. I have already been through it and
'tweaked' a few panels and fixed a few things up that always bugged me.

As for the royalties I would have to be paid 3 times, as penciller,
inker and colourist! ;-)

All that sort of stuff gets in the way of Neil doing the colouring then
