It's from BENEATH, Kassiopia, the left side of the Panavision frame, when Brent and Nova are first getting chased and captured.  The gorilla runs down the hill and into the frame and his club swings up through his legs.  Probably didn't feel too good, and happened to a lot of the stuntmen.  I spoted it one day watching the DVD.  It goes by real quick.  I thought to myself, did I just see what I thought I saw?, and sure enough I did.  It couldn't have missed BENEATH's editors, so I think it was left in on purpose.  I thank the long, lost Alex for this picture capture.
