*** There ARE DVDs of this for sale on eBay sometimes... I do not
know the quality of them though... But what he said is true, most
times the show is available, it IS on VHS tapes, and usually the
whole series is on one tape, so you can guess the quality isn't that
good...

VCRs weren't around when the show first aired.

*** Are you sure about this? I remember seeing a TV guide cover from
1967 I think, and it said there was an article in there about home
video recorders... I know that back then and into the 70's, vcrs WERE
NOT common in homes, but I am pretty sure they were available?

I remember that the US Sci-Fi Channel showed it early on Saturday
mornings back in the early '90s, but I don't think the prints they
showed were that good.  Maybe it's been on the Sci-Fi Channel in
Britian and someone there got some good recordings.  Since you're in
Europe that would be your best hope.

*** I had seen an episode from when Sci-Fi aired it, and it looked ok
to me... The trouble with the Sci-Fi Channel airing it was that they
butchered the episodes... A LOT was cut out... Even if he could find
a European source of Sci-Fi airings from the UK, they'd be missing
quite a bit...
