I just did a quick search in "The London Times" (see attached photo),
and as you can see, the TV show premiered on Sunday, October 12, 1974 on
London Weekend Television at 7:25.

Don't worry it got through eventually. Sometimes if a file is too big the server kicks it back. Depends on who busy the server is at the moment it is received.
