Yes. I trashcanned the spam crap sent from non-members who -- don't ask me how
-- are somehow able to post such garbage. I'm not enough of a computer whiz to
figure out how to block any and all such junk, so I wait until it gets there
and then delete it. Until recently I hadn't perused the message board there,
and didn't realize how many of those "biker chick"-type posts were
cluttering up the joint.
If you're upset that I deleted your response -- and I think there was only one
-- to that biker chick spam post, well, I can't for the life of me fathom why
you'd be upset. If your post had been about POTA or even about some
controversial political or religious topic thematically touching on POTA, I
most certainly wouldn't have junked it. But your response didn't have anything
to do with POTA, and all it did was encourage more spamming from the douchebag
who sent those spam posts in the first place.

I just wanted to thank Apemania for providing me with child-sized gorilla
foam latex appliances. These I am going to put on spandex hoods and make
deluxe pullovers. Bri was thoughtful enough and threw in an extra one to

General Ursus helmets and a Cornelius plaque each, to practice painting
on. I am going to have to hide the helmets for now because I won't have

I think the helmets are rubber. They are Apemania seconds and shrank too much to sell to adults, but they are fantastic for us.

I just wanted to thank Apemania for providing me with child-sized gorilla foam latex appliances. These I am going to put on spandex hoods and make deluxe pullovers. Bri was thoughtful enough and threw in an extra
one to practice with.
In addition, Bri gifted my children with their own General Ursus helmets and a Cornelius plaque each, to practice painting on. I am going to have to hide the helmets for now because I won't have time to
recreate the good general's armor.
I'm going to make you so proud of us, Bri.

I have a Sideshow gift card for $35.00 and I haven't figure out what to use it for. I was going to use it for the
gorilla soldier, but I may use it for something else, like the Dr. Zaius or Ceasar.
I can't remember if I bought the regular gorilla, but definitely I have General Ursus and the Gorilla Captain in hand already. They are fantastic. The gorilla face is not as
ugly as I had expected it to be.

Their fellow who “speaks good English”
told me many things…none of which made sense!
After a long conversation (I have VOIP so it will only cost 20 cents maximum
for an international phone call!) he SEEMED to say there’s a total of 5
figures, or 5 MORE. Or he has a five year old who also likes dollies!
It was very frustrating so I have sent a
follow up email.
If anyone else id loaded, or has VOIP and
wants to call and see if they can make more sense…PLEASE DO! J

if the condition is excellent – most are creased and shitty!
Same with the Fortress.
Sideshows….what can I say? I
paid a fortune for the Medicoms and they sell for $1 each – I back off
the sideshows and they dry up within 6 months! Anyone trying to get the
rarer Sideshows at the moment – GOOD LUCK!!!
Apemania head – again worth every cent and possibly a little LOW!
That LIZARD SKIN is low too!
Return Cells do sell – I regret
selling mine. It had an ORIGINAL background – VERY difficult to
achieve. I know the astros and flying lizard are common but in my
experience anything with MAIN characters, particularly apes, sells big.

been' when interpreting what a humanoid ape could look like. Not
classic POTA, but not really any of the many variants we've seen over
the years either. Some weird patching (multiple rectanges) on the
jacket. I give him credit for putting in all that work and creating
something original. I hope he follows through and does a Zaius/Ourang
someday.

Get a hotel that is close to the Convention Center, someplace like Embassy Suites, Manchester Grand Hyatt or
the Omni Hotel would be good places to get, but you better get them early, because the last time I tried to get a hotel
by using Travel Planners, they were sold out in about 2 hours. some of the people who goes to the conventions get
to contact the hotel before Travel Planners , I had to get a hotel about 6.5 miles away and used the trolley system to get to the
con.
Try and get the hotel early, like in January or February.

Before you book a hotel, ask if they honor the
Comic Con special price this early. You save money, but not sure how
much. BTW A lot of the celebrities stay at the 2 closest
hotels.

hotel that is close to the Convention Center, someplace like Embassy
Suites, Manchester Grand Hyatt or
the Omni Hotel would be good places to
get, but you better get them early, because the last time I tried to get a
hotel
by using Travel Planners, they were sold out in about 2 hours.
some of the people who goes to the conventions get
to contact the
hotel before Travel Planners , I had to get a hotel about 6.5 miles away and
used the trolley system to get to the
con.

Awesome. If I do write to them it will be to thank them for discontinuing the line, since they were unwilling to give it the attention it deserved. At those prices, and with the advice they were given, the figures
should not have had inaccuracies.
