I'm here. I want the new movie to be as much of a surprise as possible
so I pretty much delete all posts that talk about the movie without
reading them. And most posts are related to the new movie, so I'm doing
a lot of deleting! ;)

I'm going to wait until Rich's new book makes it to Amazon.ca this time
instead of buying it right away and paying a fortune in shipping.
Shouldn't be too long.

As for Drews book(s), well I've just been waiting on that forever. I
don't know why it's taking so long really. Not a good sign and I'm
beginning to have doubts that it will be published at all. At this
point, I'll believe when I see it.

I personally haven't been too involved with the internet lately. And as soon as my Caesar Countdown is over it will be over for me.

After that I'm ending my countdowns and as far as the internet service I'm going strictly IPHONE and IPAD. The only reason I still have my PC internet service is because you can't update a website without it. But after June 2011 or so I'm getting rid of my home internet service.

Thses days I have little use for the internet other than keeping in touch with friends and what nots. And for that I can do the same with an iphone and ipad.

Too many years with the internet for me. And time for me to give it a super long break.

Thanks, Mike. I received my proof copy on Friday, and was very pleased with how it came out. After two years of working on this thing, it's damn cool to be able to hold it--even if it does have the word "PROOF" across it.

I'm still here. Been sprucing up the wiki site a bit because I can't think of anything else to write on it. Slight change of name and layout which, I'm told, will boost it's profile in search engines. So in the new year I'll mainly just be doing my admin duties and watching the thousands of new Ape fans sign up(!!) I'm looking forward to seeing the outside world again. And the new movie.

Thanks for that Rich. Finally confirms that 'Revenge from Planet Ape' really did exist. Someone here was kind enough to send me a screen capture of the title last year for the wiki - now I can update the info.

Hey man, how can you call me a cheap Canuck when I was one of the few
that bought Forbidden Zine #1!

And I did say that I will be getting the Lexicon, didn't I?

I even plan to get Drew's book(s) if and when they ever get published.

I only drew the line at the Rittenhouse POTA cards that didn't bother to
have Apes except for one card. AKA the "Heston" card set.

I'm a 'good' POTA fan. :)

That is pretty good.

 The Palitoy like backing card is nice (though I think illustrations / paintings might look better than the photos on the card  and be more in keeping with the originals, just a personal prejudice).

I see the same seller has sold some other customs (Over on his feed back page)  but for some reason I can't "View this item" it just defaults to POTA listings which is a shame.

This guy has made a lot of cool APES customs and does great work...

I know he's made customs from the TV series: Galen, Urko, Councilor Zaius,
and Zako... A couple of RETURN apes (Urko and a Soldier), plus a few movie
apes (Caesar, slave Gorillas, and a couple others I can't think of right
off)...

At this point you might be right about the price, but I would think $600
wouldn't be out of the question if they were all bagged with the header
cards... This seller also has one of the TONG knockoffs (the Orangutan) which I
thinkyou also said you had once?
